FAQs

  • Yes. You send a preset (or develop settings), plus a reference gallery or 20 to 30 “this is perfect” images. I match your look and keep it consistent across the set.

  • If you have presets, I use them. If you do not, I can build a clean base edit based on your reference gallery and keep it consistent.

  • Exposure and white balance consistency, tone, contrast, color cleanup, and light crop and straightening when needed. I aim for client-ready images that still look like you shot them.

  • Light, natural cleanup is available by request. Heavy retouching is not included by default. If you want portrait-level retouching, I can quote it separately.

  • I remove duplicates, blinks, and obvious misses. I keep strong moments, flattering expressions, clean compositions, and the story of the day. If you have a preferred cull percentage, tell me and I’ll follow it.

  • This is up to you and your workflow. Some photographers prefer a completed jpg export that’s ready to deliver to their clients. Others prefer a Lightroom catalog with smart previews. Whatever your preference, we will make that happen.

  • Either works. RAW is a more straightforward method. This is the usual method. However, many photographers prefer Smart Previews for speed and upload size which is also perfectly fine.

  • Most projects are 3 to 7 business days depending on volume and my current queue. If you have a deadline, tell me up front and I’ll confirm what’s realistic.

  • One reasonable revision pass is included, as long as feedback is clear and consistent (examples or a short list). Additional revisions are available if needed.

  • No. I keep this boutique so quality and turnaround stay consistent. If I’m at capacity, I’ll tell you quickly.

  • Absolutely no sharing. Your files stay private. I delete project files after delivery unless you ask me to keep them for a specific window.

  • I’ll confirm the quote after I see volume and your reference style. Payment is due before final delivery unless we agree otherwise.
